Based in Singapore since 2011, Jared has broad experience advising sponsors, lenders and procuring authorities in established and emerging markets throughout the Asia region.
William Wu advises international clients on cross-border matters, representing both public and private clients in their mergers, spin-offs, and joint ventures, particularly for energy and infrastructure related projects such as onshore and offshore wind farms, utility scale solar PV and hydro projects, and digital infrastructure projects across jurisdictions, including Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan, Indonesia, Brunei, Chad, and Somaliland.
